Why do people say that being a teen is great and hard at the same time?

It’s easy, because you have less responsibility compared to an adult, you have flexible thinking and a carefree life. And it is difficult for adolescents, because we show our emotions even when they are not needed at all and will be extremely undesirable. This is due to purely biological characteristics of growing up.
Легко, потому что у тебя меньше ответственности в сравнении со взрослым, у тебя гибкое мышление и беззаботная жизнь. А сложно подросткам, потому что мы проявляем свои эмоции даже тогда, когда они вообще не нужны и будут крайне нежелательны. Это вызвано чисто биологическими особенностями взросления.
